2. Quali dati raccogliamo

7. A chi comunichiamo i dati

8. I tuoi diritti

1. Data controller

JVM S.r.l.
Via Atene, 10-B/C, Loc. Malpensata, 46047 Porto Mantovano (MN), Italy
VAT no. IT13729080963
Email: info@jvmsrl.com · Phone +39 327 550 7145

2. What data we collect

This website is purely informational: it has no sign-up or contact forms and uses no profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

  • Browsing data. As with any website, the servers hosting it automatically log some technical data about visits (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request). This is used only to run the site and keep it secure.
  • Data you send us. If you contact us by phone or email using the details on the site, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your request) only to reply to you and, where needed, to manage any resulting business relationship.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • Running and protecting the website: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Replying to your requests and, where applicable, providing quotes or services: pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations, such as tax rules: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Cookies and browser storage

The website does not set cookies. It only stores the language you choose (Italian or English) in your browser, so it is remembered on your next visit. This technical setting stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be deleted at any time from your browser settings. For this reason no consent is required.

5. Third-party services

  • Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) hosts the website and processes browsing data as a data processor.
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) provides the website's typefaces: to download them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
  • Google Maps: the "Map" buttons open Google Maps in a new page only if you tap them. From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union. Any such transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep data

Browsing data is kept by technical providers only as long as strictly necessary to run and secure the service. Data from your requests is kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if a business relationship follows, for the period required by law (for example 10 years for tax records).

7. Who we share data with

Your data is never published or sold. It may be processed by the technical providers listed above and, where necessary, by advisers (such as our accountant) or public authorities, solely for the purposes described.

8. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Just write to info@jvmsrl.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Changes

This notice may be updated, for example if we add new features to the website. The date of the latest update is shown at the top.
